No LLH in corrected CSV

Hi everyone
Hope someone can help me with my problem with Emlid Studio.
I don’t know if there’s a bug or something else. All my project don’t get fix output and my corrected CSV do not contain any value for LLH except question mark s in almost all columns.

Really need assistance.
These started after I updated RV3 to 6.17
