No lat lng in APM Planner 2.0

Hi using APM Planner 2.0 on my MAC can connect to the Navio board but geting no GPS data displayed. I’m using APMRover2 navio-experimental branch.

The GPS is working and can get position as checked using the C++ example GPS.

Data is being sent over a radio link and Wired Ethernet and can see movement when the board is moved.

I’m going to a Raspberry Pi jam this coming weekend and am trying to get a rover working.
So any help would be much appreciated.

APM needs 6 sats minimum by default. If you are testing indoors, it might not get those 6 sats. I never used the C example, but perhaps it shows a position with fewer sats visible.

Martin, do you have Navio or Navio Raw?


What gps fix status is displayed in MP? 0 or 1?
