No L2 data?

Hi all, I’m very new to this.
I have set up a RS2 as a base and another as rover. IN UK
The base starts collecting observations and is set to log GPS, Glonass, Galileo, QZSS, BeiDou.
Rover is also set the same.

I get a good fix solution from my local base on my Rover. All good.
However, when I import either the Base or Rover into EZServ, I was getting errors.
EZSers support have looked at the logs from the base and they reported,: -
"
If you look at the data recorded at the base (Analysis/raw observations/observed satellite) you will notice there is no L2 recorded carrier phase, almost no L1 carrier phase. Even the code data is missing. When you are on the observed satellite graph right click an select the signal to display.

Normally this graph should show plain green lines! Accuracy is computed with carrier phase, having good carrier phase signal is a must.
For sure, it’s not normal!
It could be a hardware issue. For example, in the RS2 casing, if the antenna is not connected to the GPS board it could probably produce such data. I do not know exactly what it is, but to me, it seems hardware issue. I have never seen such data from RS2…
"
So I then checked the rover Log, with the same results, NO L2 observations!
This can not then be a hardware fault. I mustt have something set wrong.

Any help PLEASE as im supposed to be doing a job tomorrow

Can you post a screenshot showing the error?
And also post your raw files. You can use WeTransfer if they too large.

Hi Anthony,

Is there a chance that you can share the raw data logs from the devices and a screenshot of the error, as Christian suggested? It will help us check what might be wrong.

Also, it would be great if you share the Serial numbers of the devices. You can scan the QR codes under the SIM card slot covers to see them.

Hi Sorry for the long delay, I have been away working.
However, I believe this was a one-off as I have not had this issue again.
