On the 10:40 log files there are no 200m jumps. So I guess that log does not show the problems. can you try a later log ?
Looking through survey with fileending 1051. And similar to the other files, rover is suffering from a bit bad signals, especially satellites below 35degr. and those above are barely above 45 SNR (min for fix) no and then.
But all files gain better results with postprocess due to tweeks and combined options
Base is better, are the setup the same for base and rover? how they are buildt?
and location?
Rover is on a copter mast, 60cm above the ground.
Base is 3,5m above the gound.
Rover and base are 14m appart from each other.
Try rising rover another meter or 2 with the same setting and setup i think you should gain better result.
Could you share picture of rover and the antenna?

This is perhaps related to a different post, but does not the signal SNRs drop at about 40 seconds after start & restart? Are these problems related?
Allright. That looks OK.
But give it another shot and rise rover another meter or two. I think you should get better results
