AR ratio renains 0 and distance from base is just 5 or so meters yet still shows kilometers

That procedure is in RTK mode but I am Static mode and I want to export multiple points at once.

Your base position looks quite weird, could you clarify how did you specify it? Did you enter it manually?

Yes Tatiana. This was manually entered just to test the equipment before going to the field

It can be a reason for the issue. Reach can’t calculate fix if the base position is noticeably off from its real location.

To check that everything works as expected before going to the field, it’s better to average base in Single.
