No carga el RS+ y no enciende

Buenas tardes adquiri la pareja de RS+ pero uno de ellos no carga se queda titilando una luz naranja y lo intento encender y no enciende.

I got the RS + pair and one of them is blinking orange when I put it on the load but it doesn’t grab the load it doesn’t turn on.
