I have wanted to create a “blimp drone” for some time and i got my pi b a while ago and i was wondering which navio should i choose? how do i control it? can i make a blimp drone? and can i get live video feed from my blimp?

At the moment there is only the Navio+ available. I would wait for the Navio2.
The only other question I can answer for you is the one regarding live video stream. There are multiple options available. Classic FPV equipment and using the raspicam or usbcams to stream over a wireless network are two options for example.
