New Reach RS+, not starting

So I received my new Reach RS+, but it is not turning on, it’s been on charge for about 24 hrs, but still not starting!..
Help please

Are there any lights on when charging or while turning on? Also contact support@emlid.com

Hi David
While charging, the power LED blinks slowly,
While turning on: All LEDs off, if you keep pushing the power button for about 15 seconds, all three LEDs turn on steady and once releasing the button then all LEDs go off!
