Need to replace my Navio2 board IC2 3.3v voltage regulator

I Need to replace my Navio2 board IC2 3.3v voltage regulator. It is only measuring .12 v. Ardupilot won’t start since I get “PANIC: AP_Baro::read unsuccessful for more than 500ms” error.
Where is this chip located on the board, and what is the part number. Thanks

Are you sure that it is the voltage regulator that is causing the problem?
How did you measure the voltage?
Did it work before?
Do you have anything extra connected to your Navio2?
Could you provide a picture of your setup?
