Does Navio2 support Spektrum satellites for directly connecting them to the PPM/SBus input? If not, what needs to get changed to introduce the functionality?

Navio2 does not support Spektrum satellites.

ivereninov, is it a planned feature? Can the community add the support themselves (i.e. where can I find the Navio2’s on-board chip’s firmware)?

The Navio2 supports PPM, you may be able to use the Spektrum AR7700 to convert the satellites to PPM.
