I am getting the following error while running python code on navio 2.
error: can’t initialize gtk backend in function ‘cv init system’
does anyone know the solution?

Sorry for keeping you uninformed for so long. It seems to be the OpenCV utility error. I haven’t worked with it, but probably the GTK library isn’t installed, or some dependencies were lost.
Also, I just want to share the guide from Ardupilot docs that describes how to launch python scripts directly from Mission Planner. I believe it might be useful for you.
