NAVIO2 - Mission Planner -> ArduCopter-single

I wonder what output is used for the ESC , I can usually test on Compass Motor calibration and throttle operate normally through the RC . I´m use de output 5 or 6 , but the tutorial ardupilot say to use 7 ? is correct ?

You can use any channels you like with the limitation described here.
