Please post a picture of how everything is connected. It is very unlikely that nothing works at your board. Also, how were you able to attach Navio+ to model B?
I think it was the RPi not working anymore, when I plugged it to a monitor it only showed the colored imaged, which is why I changed and reformatted the SD card, but it gave me the same problem again.
Attached the set up of RPi B with Navio+
Well, what you did with model B will never work, all buses and power are not in the right place. You can’ just connect it, you need to connect it right. If you intend to use model B with Navio+, than you need to remove the yellow RCA connector and attach Navio+ in such way that first pin on the connector matches to the first pin on Raspberry Pi. If you look at the pictures, it is very intuitive.
If you have a B+, please attach Navio+ correctly to it, flash an SD card and perform the tests again.
