Overall I think you are good on your list. Don’t forget you are going to need to mount the RPI to the frame. I found a 3d printable case that houses the RPI and Navio nicely. I left the top off of it and just used the holes on the bottom to mount it to the frame. I’ve had no issues doing that and it looks pretty cool.
