My board burnt upon first connect

One of my Navio2 boards burnt upon first connect.

I exchanged emails with support@emlid, and they offered to send me a new one, but they are no longer replying to my emails…???

Since support@emlid is not replying, and there is no contact info on the website, I am positing here…
