Mount points not available on AUSCORS port 443

Hey guys. So I’ve just updated Reachview and when using 443 the mount points aren’t available whereas they are on 2101. Any thoughts as from what I read above, this problem WAS resolved.

Is Reach firmware updated to the 29 Beta 2 or newer version? If not, please update the unit and check if it helps. You can follow the How to update firmware guide from our docs. To get a Beta version, tap Beta updates on the Firmware updates screen.

Thanks Kseniia. Needed the receiver connected whereas on 2101 receiver didn’t need to be connected.
