we have a serious problem that we had never experienced.
we use navio2 with quad model and “plus” layout. our ESC and motor are the really standard product. our problem is that only rear side motor was heating up during flight. we suspect pids and reduce D value. BTW we use with mission planner. finally rear motor is burnout!
we rotate the ESC and replace the damaged motor, however, only rear side motor is always overheating even a loiter hover. ESC and another 3motors are not so hot, we can touch and the temp is usual level.
we check, fixed screw length to check the screw’s head is not touch the motor coil.
please let us know some tips to solve this strange problem.
