Mobile phone loses connection with Reach Module's hotspot

Hi,
I have the Reach module and also have problems that my mobile lose the connection to the hotspot, it happens quit often like 5-10 times each hour.

Hi Johan,

Can you PM me a Full System report from the device? You can get it in the ReachView Settings (gear-shaped button).

May I ask you to check if the issue occur with another phone/laptop?
