I am unable to turn the cellular data switch on. Every time I try to flip the virtual switch the screen turns slightly grayer and doesn’t allow me to turn it on. I inserted a 4G+/LTE sim card, on reachview it shows cellular bars but I cannot flip the mobile data switch on.

Any help would be appreciated.

Reach RS2 supports 3G and 3.5G SIM cards only. Would it be possible for you to try a 3G SIM card?
