M2 not entering network scan

Hi I have one M2 module that has suddenly stop booting. After connecting to power, the solid red LED power status light comes on but the network and status blue and green LEDs do not.

Others threads suggested it might be a power supply problem but I don’t think that is the case here. I have tested my other three M2 modules using the same power bank and cable and they boot normally. I have also tried different power sources/cables with the problematic module and that did not resolve the issue.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I got this same issue after updated to firmware 29 via ReachView app. I needed to reflash it using tool in PC.

As @l3technologycambodia mentioned, we indeed had such an issue on 29 firmware version. If you recently updated your device, please reflash it to 29.1 version now. It’s fixed there.
