M+ connectivity issue

Hi Polina,

Can you pls look at M+ connectivity issue? It has been quite difficult to connect ReachView in M+. Sometimes, it was needed to restart it several times.

Not sure what could be the issue.

Could you specify the firmware version that your Reach M+ runs on?

Would you mind giving us more details on your issue? Are you trying to connect to the receiver using its hotspot or via the Wi-Fi network? What device do you use to connect to the Reach?

We tried v1.18.1 and latest version too. It happened sometimes in the field.

Yes issue with both its own WIFI and mobile hotspot. We used Samsung and OPPO

May I ask you if you have difficulties connecting to the device via the Internet browser as well? To do that, just type Reach’s IP to the address bar of the Internet browser on your device.

It’d be great if you could generate the Full System Report on the unit and share it with me. Please, send the report to the PM as it contains sensitive information.
