I have a 4 year old Emlid M+. I cannot access it thru wifi… it doesn’t show or lit up na green light for sattelite view . Is their anyway I can access it thru USB using my computer?

It appears something is wrong with the receiver’s time sync status. Do understand correctly that placing the antenna outside didn’t help with the issue? Is the blue LED solid or it blinks?
I THINK THE NEUTIS module of my emlid M+ is burned. It is overheating… do you sell the neutis module only?

At the moment, it’s hard to say what could be the real reason for such issue. Can you please send the full serial number of the receiver to support@emlid.com? I’ll check how we can help here.
