I just purchased two RS+ receivers and as I am setting up, I left the app so the connection to wifi (and reciever) was lost and did not complete. But now when I go back to my iOS wifi settings to try to connect to Reach:XX:XX I can no longer see it as an option. Should I reset to get back to original settings or otherwise? Thanks in advance for any help.

What’s the blue LED status of your Reach? If it’s slowly blinking, it means it’s connected to your Wi-Fi network. Just connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi, and you should see Reach in ReachView 3.
