did a couple or 3 hours hours as built survey today. built my own code library as i went as i usually do. when i got home and checked on the web it hadnt synced to web.
checked on the phone app and it wanted me to confirm log in which i did. at this point the codes were still on the phone app. tried exporting as csv to the phone to be safe and the app hung.
closed it and restarted it and now the codes are gone off the phone too.
help please.
Guessing their cloud services they use is down again???
Make sure your aren’t getting prompted by the app to confirm your login to continue sync.
Did that and that’s when the codes disappeared off the phone
It was prompting for that when I checked. Thought once I had confirmed the sync would sort itself out. If anything it synced back the other way and stripped out the codes from the phone app
