Log rate alone changing from 1hz to 5hz

Hello,

On two different RS2 receivers the base was configured in RTK settings for 1Hz.
The log in UBX started at 1HZ correctly, but right after UBX it got 5HZ, even if in RTK settings the rate set correctly at 1HZ!
What to do to correct this error?
Any really efficient software to convert UBX from 5hz to 1hz?
firmware installed on RS2: 2.22.5
