Yes, then you are probably violating the creators copyright. At least ask the creator for permission.
I think it’s less of a copyright issue than a trademark dilution issue. In any case, I would personally remove the logo to avoid problems.

We wouldn’t mind if you use this case with our logo for personal purposes 
The only things concerns me is that case for Reach M2 should be properly ventilated to avoid overheating. So, please make sure it’s so.
