License free frequency band for LoRa radio

I just watched the Setting RTK over LoRa radio in ReachView3 video. At 2:28 it says I need to make sure I select a license free frequency band.

How do I find a license free frequency band? The video goes on to say frequency band limitations will be applied automatically, so does that mean i can use trial & error or is there a better way to determine which frequency bands are free to use?

Hi Eric,

LoRa frequency limitations are applied according to the location restrictions once the receiver determines its position. You should see the note with allowed frequencies on the screen with LoRa settings in ReachView 3. The app will allow you to set the frequencies only from those ranges.
