But if i use Fing to find their IP addresses, I can connect directly to them on the same 2.4GHz network, but they never show in Flow and ReachView after continuous refresh. ???

The M2 isn’t supposed to be able to use 5GHz, but they show in Flow and ReachView when I select my 5GHz network on the phone. It connects. But it shows within the Reachview that it jumped on the 2.4GHz one? Must be something in the router.
My network is Comcast with seperate 5GHz and 2.4GHz wifi you can choose. They have different wifi names… so it’s not like it’s 1 name with 2 seperate bands.

Reach devices do indeed work with 2.4 GHz networks only, so I agree that double-checking the router’s settings is a good idea. Aside from that, could you please try to connect your unit to another Wi-Fi network or your phone’s hotspot and check if it appears in Emlid Flow?
