Today we were working without problems with a Windows 6.1 collector with fieldgenius. Suddenly the bluetooth was disconnected, we tried to re-link the bluethooth but we were not successful so we entered emlidflow through a cell phone and it told us that “the internal test failed” — contact assistance.

What I can do ?

Let’s check if you can access the receiver via the browser. Please connect to your Reach RS2 hotspot and go to 192.168.42.1 in any browser. Send me a screenshot of what you see there.
