Isn't output from Emlid Studio supposed to be the same datum as your base?

But Emlid Studio’s output file doesn’t reflect the base’s reference frame of NAD83(2011) @ 2010.0000; instead, it shows WGS84 with no specific realization stated; i.e., just WGS84

Question:
Do you think that the user should, when such information is known, provide/ state/ indicate the reference frame, perhaps from a pull down list; e.g., ITRF2014, NAD83(2011), etc., along with the epoch; e.g., date specified from a published datasheet, date of survey, anything with a nod towards HTDP concerns?

And then, reflect that information in the Emlid Studio output?

Maybe something to think about adding to Emlid Studio.

Hi Kelly,

You’re correct, this value doesn’t reflect the real base datum. And the resulting coordinates always refer to the base datum as well. We’ll think of implementing this in Emlid Studio, thanks for noticing!

UPD: reworked wording
