Is EMLID-DJI interoperability possible?

Hi everbody. I am ALI from Turkey;

I am searching for this drone surveying. I am thinking to buy DJI Phantom-4. For DJI Phantom, can I attach a new camera and can I cable EMLID RTK to camera? The energy supply for EMLID RTK I am planning to use a powerbank. Is this powerbank suitable for DJI Phantom? For all these can I apply to a DJI Phantom 4 Pro?

Or shouldn’t buy a DJI Phantom 4 and buy a Ground Target for surveying?
