IP problem

Software version 2.21.2 only connects with iPhone 7 on Samsung J7 does not detect the ip connected to the same wifi network. Turn off the modem, turn on the GPS and continue to indicate the same IP for both devices on the RS2. To verify I turned on my RS + and on iPhone and Samsung I see the two GPS with different IPs working correctly.

It’s more likely the issue is caused by your Wi-Fi network, not by Reach.

Do I understand right that rebooting the device solves the issue? How often does it occur?

Hi Tatiana I restart the GPS and Wi-Fi network and there is no solution
