Internal test failed

I’m contacting you about a problem with Emlid REACH RS2+. I’ve had it for less than a year (10 months). When using the software, an error message appears: "Download the full system report and send it to our support. I have attached the full system report for you to view. Could you please analyse this report and provide me with a solution or advice on how to resolve this problem?
