I can't get Reachview version 26.1

I tried to update to 26.1 but I can’t . that was appear on the screen, every time I tried to update when I go to v26.1

Have you tried to update through the smartphone app, ReachView 3?

If you are not interested, enter the IP and add port 5000 to the end, example: 192.168.0.84:5000

Hi Omar,

You should be able to update your receiver using the ReachView 3 app. The app is available for Android and iOS devices.

In the app, you need to tap on General. The General Settings screen will open. You can update your Reach firmware there. For more details, please check this part of the guide.
