I can't connect motorola g5 reachview2 or 3 to RS2

Good day, I can’t connect reachview 2 or 3 with Rs2, I am using motorola g5, android version 8.1,

I have two options that work when this happens on my Moto G7:

  • Reboot the phone
  • Disable cell phone data and/or bluetooth
