I cannot enter my Emlid Flow account on both my computer and cellular phone

Dear Emlid Community and Emlid technical support team,

I cannot log in to Emlid Flow 360 on both my computer and cellular phone.
It took me a while to know that others experienced exactly the same problem with entering Emlid Flow 360 service. (please see Emlid flow connection problem - #11 by stephane1344)

Who may I speak to solve this problem?
I will add promptly the troubleshot soon after anyone answers on my post.
