How x and y can be right and z completely wrong?

Hello everyone,
I know my question is quite common on this forum, but I still have not found the solution …
Let me explain: I work in RTK with two Reach RS, which allows me to obtain a very good precision in x and y (max 5cm error). However, I have a big problem in z. The value of z is indeed a fifteen meter of the real value of the altitude.
How x and y can be right and z completely wrong?
I use the basic feature to work in RTK.
The base works in Single and the Rover in Fix

Thank you if anyone can help me

Hi Barth,

The altitude you can see in ReachView is ellipsoid, not real orthometric altitude above sea level.
