How to select the right ionex file

Hi all,
I am in doubt how I choose the right ionex file for use with RTKpost.

I use this: https://kb.igs.org/hc/en-us/articles/115003935351
or
https://cddis.nasa.gov/Data_and_Derived_Products/GNSS/atmospheric_products.html

But accessing the files ( e.g. ftp://gssc.esa.int/gnss/products/ionex/2018/193/ ) I get different choices. Should I choose a station near by or?

Or should I find TEC grid files instead?
Or something completely different?
