How to get a 14Hz result of reach?

hi there ,i’d like to record the raw gnss data for post-processing- UAV photogrammetry, I set the recording rate at 14hz（the screenshot ）

but when i stop ,and get the rinex data .i found that the default recording rate is 0.1s(10hz):

Did i set the wrong parameters?

Maybe you forgot to click “Save” before starting the rover?

If you refresh the ReachView config page in your browser, does it still say 14Hz?

yes if i do not click save and then refresh the page it change to GPS 10hz.
thank you for your suggest , i have a try immediately.
