What’s the best way to disconnect the power module from the NAVIO2 board? I’ve tried with my nails and fingers, apparently that’s not going to work. Is there a tool or smth?
Just use nails. It does not lock, but is very tight.
Dont pull by the cables, you will pull them out.

There are a lot of ways how to unplug DF13 cable. 
I usually do it with tweezers.
You also can use a flat screwdriver or just nails, as @anton.pryamostanov has already suggested.
