Is there anyway to disable Wi-Fi on the Edison with a hardware setting similar to laptops that have a Wi-Fi switch?

If you toggle the enable switch in Wi-Fi settings it will shut off Wi-Fi.

I’m familiar with that, but I’d like a hardware switch that guarantees that Wi-Fi is off. Also, doesn’t Wi-Fi get re-enabled after each reboot?
