How to arm the motors without radio transmitter/receiver?

I am building a drone that I intend to communicate with over wifi rather than with radio transmitter/receivers. How do I approach this?

When you are familiar with it and automatic flight missions are regularly completed, you can fly full auto with no radio (if your national regulation permit it?). Usually, you should maintain the possibility to regain full control of your copter is something go wrong.

With QGroundControl, you can start the mission with the copter on ground.
