Help - Reachview failed to update - reach unit stuck

My reach units suggested I update from 2.7.1 to 2.7.3. so I did, but both units failed to update.
One unit is sitting happily at 2.7.1 and working, the other is stuck in the update page and is indicating it is failing ‘test 2’

I had started to rely on my reach units for doing work, this is a pain.

How do I fix it?

Oh, forgot to say. the reboot and go to app is permanently greyed out.

Solved.
ssh’d into unit as root
and reboot
that fixed it, but there were a nervous few moments there!
