Help! Need to use Survey plan features

We have subscribed and are paying for survey plan but all features are locked! I wish I could talk to someone at emlid! We are in the field and need it today!

In case you have used more than one profile on Emlid Flow, make sure you are logging into the same account you used when subscribing. I have seen folks with more than one account get confused sometimes.

Hi @dsmapping,

As Dave said, it can be related to different accounts or ways of authentication. If you log in with an email address and a Google Account, the system treats them as separate accounts.
