olá Igor, também sou do brasil, você ja conseguiu descarregar os “dados brutos” ? estou com este problema toda vez que vou na guia loggins e clico RINEX ele passa horas e não fecha. meu arquivo só contem 2 pontos de 5minutos cada e ele nunca baixa o arquivo.
somente quando clico pra encerrar dai ele faz um unico arquivo e não acho que tem que ser assim.

Once you are done logging click this switch and the logging will stop and the file will be available for download.

Ok, desde já agradeço sua ajuda, aprecio sua atenção,
O notei o seguinte, consegui baixar interrompendo o envio dos dados brutos
"log" porém notei que o quando Clico na guia “Loggins” e no botão “rinex
3.0” ou qualquer outro formato. Ele está na realidade rastreando um ponto,
por isso que nunca terminava de carregar os dados, sempre contando o tempo
, quando fechei um arquivo e importei para o software de processamento vi
que ele baixou os dados brutos exatamente no horário que iniciei e
finalizei o “log”.
Ou seja se eu iniciei meu download as 6:30:00 e finalizei as 6:33:00 ele me
dá os “log” deste horario, e nao dos levantamento que fiz anteriormente
semana passada.
Ou não está funcionando correto, ou ele não descarrega dados brutos de
levantamento estático.
Porque em outros receptores gnss de outras marcas funciona da seguinte
forma .
Após ter finalizado o levantamento tanto estático tanto cinemático os dados
brutos ficam disponíveis na memória interna do receptor .
São gerados arquivos, que quando conectamos o cabo serial no receptor e no
computador ele funciona como unidade de disco, tipo um pendrive, podendo
acessar os arquivos de todos os levantamento de inúmeras datas, podendo
seleccionar qual levantamento queremos exportar .
Outros já tem um app que quando instalado o receptor no computador,
abre-se o app e lá conseguimos copiar os dados do levantamento .
Pelo que notei ele não exporta os dados brutos de levantamento feito e sim
rastreia quando clicamos no botão rinex.
Existe alguma maneira de fazer este tipo de exportação ou meu emlid reach
está com problema ?
You need to enable logging before doing the survey, not after.

If you want to do post-processing then keep the logs turned on. Survey project does not collect raw data, only points. So you need to keep logs enabled.
