GPS no 3d fix

I put the Navio2 outdoors for more than half hours, Mission Planer still show GPS no 3d fix although I can arm ardupilot with problem. Do anybody know how to solve this problem? thanks.

May I ask you to share photos of your hardware setup so we can make sure everything is fine with it?

thanks for your reply, it turned out that GPS antenna is broken, after I replace with new one, it works again.
