Getting nav from .crx (EUREF)?

How do I get nav out of files from here: EUREF Permanent GNSS Network ?

Using the small converter util crx2rnx.exe I can get out a .rnx file. Then trying to get a nav file from this using RTKconv fails complete, and no nav files (but the obs files) are generated.

Any pointers? Doesn’t it simply contain these messages? Judging from the MO in the filenames, that could be the case?

Checking the same station here: ftp://igs.bkg.bund.de/EUREF/obs/2018/220/ also reveals no nav files.

Hmmm! Thanks, never got the browser sorting logic figured…
One more reason to use FileZilla !
