I tried my RS2 today using Emlid Caster Beta. I wonder why I get small numbers of satellites correct from my base.

Welcome to the community forum!
The number of gray bars indicates how many satellites your base sends corrections on. It seems like on your base not all of the correction messages are enabled. To check it, you can go to the Base mode tab on your base device and check how many RTCM3 messages are chosen.
