I want to update everyone that we found the root of the issue. The issue is with the base, as it has gaps in the RINEX file. It seems like the device stopped recording twice for a few minutes between the recordings.
I asked Sai to use the Backwards filter as the second gap happened a few minutes after the drone flew.
