Ftdi232 to usb reachrs

i did buy a rf232 breakout board like:

now i wont connect my reachRS with rs cable with open connector to my pc because i dont like to use a very long usb cable and i wont protect usb connector against rain and dust on my tractor.

what is the right connections?

can i only connect rx and tx and gnd cable from reachrs to the breakout board and set jumper to 5V?

Cable’s pinout can be found in Extension cables specs:

TX - brown
RX - orange
GND - red / black / green
